Father, I’m carrying more than I can hold, and my mind won’t be quiet.

I cast every anxious thought onto You this morning, because You have told me that You care for me. Trade my worry for Your peace, the kind that doesn’t make sense but holds me steady anyway.

Guard my heart and my mind today, and keep bringing me back to You. Amen.
