Father, I keep replaying what I have done, and shame will not let me rest.
But You have promised that when I confess, You are faithful to forgive and to wash me clean. Help me believe it. Quiet the accusing voice with the louder truth of Your grace.
Thank You that Your mercy is new this morning, and that I am not who I was. Amen.
Amen.
