Lord, some wounds don’t show, but You see every one of them.
Tend the ache I carry quietly, the disappointment I rarely say out loud. Bind up what is broken inside me, and remind me again that I am held and that I am loved.
Heal me slowly, gently, completely, in Your time, and in Your tender way. Amen.
Amen.
He is unhurried and thorough with the human heart.
