Lord, before I rest, I hand You the whole day, what I did, and what I left undone.
I cannot carry it into the night, and I don’t want to. Take my worries while I sleep. Loosen my grip on tomorrow.
Let me lie down in peace and rise renewed, for You alone keep me safe through the dark. Amen.
Amen.
You can finally sleep because He never does.
