Lord, holding this hurt is heavier than I can bear, and it is quietly wearing me thin.
Give me the strength to forgive, not because the wound was small, but because You are great and Your mercy toward me has been endless.
Soften what has gone hard in me. Free my hands of what I was never meant to carry. Let me walk lighter today than I did yesterday. Amen.
Amen.
