When I Have Nothing Left
Lord, I have come to the end of my own strength, and I am strangely glad to find You still here.
I cannot carry this another step on my own, so I lay it down at Your feet. Be the strength in my weakness today, the steel in my spine, the calm in my chest.
Lift my head. Steady my hands. Remind me that the same God who holds up the morning is holding on to me. I will wait on You, and in Your time, I will rise. Amen.
Strength isn’t the absence of weakness, it’s leaning your weakness on the Lord.
